Always verify your address before placing your order.If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must reach out to USPS to file a claim. Mon Amore does not hold responsibility for a package that state are delivered.  No Refund for packages that state being delivered.

Shipping fee are non-refundable.

You will received a confirmation email once the order has been placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email with shipping information and your tracking number.Please know, it may take up to 2 days to get shipment activity to be available online.

Return Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
